Best of Cardiorenal Medicine
Review our 10th anniversary collection.
Preface
Cardiorenal Medicine is celebrating its 10th anniversary of its foundation. It has been a great journey that has enriched not only the scientific community but also the contributors. The founding editor Jim Sowers pioneered the journal back in 2011, and his vision and insight into this important area of global health has led to the growth of the journal’s prominence. Cardiorenal Medicine has now established itself as a platform for scientists and investigators to report studies with precision and in the spirit of collegiality, with the goal of improving quality of care in patients with heart and kidney diseases. Along with our Associate Editors, we have worked to provide timely and topical contributions that highlight this field of medicine. The review process has always been oriented to facilitate key opinion leaders to express their ideas and independent evaluation of technology, results and scientific hypotheses, in addition to helping early-career investigators to publish their work with quality and scientific rigor. We would like to thank all the readers, authors, reviewers and editorial board members for their support. While there are many great researches, we are highlighting some of the top articles in the journal since its inception here. We look forward to continuing to publish your outstanding work and appreciate the continued support of Cardiorenal Medicine.
